At U R Home, we specialize in helping you build the home of your dreams. With over 20 years experience in the home building industry, we are passionate about providing our clients with fantastic customer service, quality craftsmanship and the latest modular building techniques. Modular homes and Prefab homes are custom homes built in a factory so that progress continues whether the weather cooperates or not. The house is built in compartments or "boxes". The boxes are made stronger than your average home, to sustain the travel and setting process. Once all the boxes are completed, they are shipped to the site to be set on your foundation. Once on site, the team of trained "home setters" crane each "box" into place and attach the boxes to each other and to the foundation. The house is ready to receive all the non-factory constructions, finishing touches and additional add - on buildings. The finish line is in view.
